Holy Communion 1662 - using the old Prayer Book
Holy Communion - variations on “Common Worship” (usually Family Service on 1st Sunday of the month)
Evening Prayer - modern language, or 1662.
There are regular shared services with the local Methodists on the 1st Sunday of the month at 6.30pm, alternating between the two church buildings ~ at St.Wilfrid’s in odd numbered months.
Holy Communion 1662 - using the old Prayer Book
For children from 3 to 6. Meets in the Church Hall for about an hour during the morning service.
For children from 7 to 11+. Meets in the Rectory for about an hour, except when there is a Family Service.
Bible Study usually meets each Wednesday evening in the Rectory. Please telephone to confirm details.
The Women’s Group usually meets in the Rectory on the 1st Monday of the month. Please telephone to confirm details.
Every Saturday between 10:00 am and 12:00
The selling of secondhand books in the Church Hall to raise funds for St. Wilfrid’s. We need books to sell and people to come and buy them!
If you come to one of our Holy Communion services and you normally take communion in another denomination of church, you are very welcome to come forward and receive communion at St.Wilfrid’s.
